About Me
As a young adult, I stopped brushing my teeth as often as I should have, and I neglected dental check-ups to catch cavities before they started. When I reached my late 20s, I began having tooth pain. I was worried that it was too late to begin salvaging my smile, so I finally got up the nerve to go to the dentist. I was told I needed to have a root canal on my painful tooth. I was also told I had a couple of small cavities that needed to be filled before they became just as bad as the tooth that hurt. The revelation that my bad habits had finally caught up to me taught me a great lesson. I created this blog to let others know that you can have turn your smile around, even if you neglected it in the past!
